“Me and my family will be eternally thankful for all the personal attention given…”

Dear Employees Of Signature Healthcare,

Now that the emotions have settled, I want to take this time to thank you all for the loving care and concern you provided to my mother, Ms Katie Black. Me and my family will be eternally thankful for all the personal attention given to her while at your facility. Your devotion to your patients do not go unnoticed.

She came there singing, probably more than any patient you have had, but she was singing to her Lord, whom she knew she would soon meet at his calling. I do believe God gave us time for all the family to be there at her bedside as she went into her Eternal Home with a new and glorified body. I am sure she is singing with the angels now.

Thank You

I would like to express our sincerest thank you. You will never know how much Kathy and I appreciate everything that you did for our mom during her stay there. I can honestly say she looked at this place as her home and each of you as her family. She would always tell us what was going on with you families and slowly your family became ours. We always knew that she was well taken care of and shown boundless love as well. Not only did mom get close to the employees, but she got close to their children and spouses as well. The Peace Lilly that you sent is beautiful. Every time I look at it, it will remind me of my mom and all the good times she had there. We would like to extend a special thank you to everyone on 300 Hall. A special thanks goes out to Johnnie, Carmen, Elizabeth, and Bro. Charles. We never would have made it without you to help us through this.

Thank You Sooo Much…

My mother recently stayed at Clarksville Care and Rehabilitation. In February, she contracted meningitis and she was sent to two horrible hospitals that either told us the wrong information, wouldn’t tell us anything, or simply ignored her. When she was transferred to you’re facility she was taken great care of and treated with respect. Ya’ll also kept us informed. You guys were a God send and my mother still talks about how great your food was.

Sincerely,

Cynthia Stiltner
